My office is located in the addition space attached to my home, situated about 20 minutes from downtown of both Durham and Hillsborough.

Yes! I offer a free 15-minute consultation via phone or video.

Yes, I accept most Bcbs, though not Blue Value or Blue Local.
I accept Aetna, currently holding the contract for the NC State Health Plan.
I am also in network with Standard Medicare and the supplemental plans of Bcbs and Aetna.
My rate is $170/session if you are out of network.
If you have a conflict or need to reschedule your appointment, I require 24 hours notice, or a fee will be incurred. Unforeseen circumstances are considered.

I meet with clients on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Many people prefer to meet weekly while others may start out at a weekly frequency and then move to biweekly sessions.

I see Adults and Older persons in my practice. Adolescents are welcome, particularly those transitioning into adulthood.

I offer both in-person, virtual, or sometimes, a combination of both.

Treatment is not defined, though I help clients formulate their own goals and progress toward the change they desire.
Many may choose to continue therapy indefinitely.

Sessions are 45- 50 minutes with the intake or first session being a bit longer.
